GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These rules are developed on the basis of the current legislation of Ukraine and the requirements of the Union of the International Hotel Association.
2. The hotel administration guarantees guests compliance with all privacy rules.
3. The hotel administration reserves the right to impose a fine on guests for violation of fire safety standards, disobedience to the legal requirements of the administration, failure to comply with these Rules of Residence.
4. The guest can leave feedback and suggestions regarding the hotel's work in the Book of Complaints and Suggestions.

THE PROCEDURE FOR CHECKING IN AND STAYING AT THE HOTEL .

1. The hotel works for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. When checking into the hotel, the Guest must present identification documents (passport, driver's license).
3 Payment for accommodation and additional services is made immediately upon check-in. All prices for Hotel services are indicated in UAH. Payment for accommodation is made in UAH
- Check-in time: from 14-00.
- Check-out time: until 12-00.
- The check-out time is 12-00.
4. For stays of less than a day, payment is made for 1 day, regardless of the estimated time.
5. When checking out after 12-00 or checking in before 14.00, you must additionally pay 50% of the cost of living for one day.
6. Early arrival and late check-out are available upon prior arrangement and subject to availability.
7. If the Guest does not check into the hotel or cancels the reservation later than one day before 14:00 of the date of arrival at the hotel, the amount of the prepayment for one night's stay is non-refundable and is considered a penalty collected in favor of the hotel.
8. Breakfasts at our hotel are not included in the room rate, are paid separately, and are served from 7.30 to 10.00 (on weekdays), from 08.00 to 11.00 (on weekends), the cafe is open until 22.00 (according to the menu, the kitchen accepts the last order until 21.00). It is forbidden to bring your own food and alcoholic beverages to the cafe.
9. Room cleaning, change of bed linen, towels, cosmetics is available upon request. Laundry and ironing are available for an additional fee.

THE HOTEL HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO ACCOMMODATE A GUEST IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

  • The guest does not have any documents, or the documents are invalid or expired, or there is a suspicion that the documents are fake;
  • The guest has an untidy, dirty appearance, the guest is in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other similar state of intoxication.
  • The guest's behavior is inadequate, noisy and aggressive, the guest uses foul language.
  • The guest refuses to comply with the hotel rules;
  • The guest is included in the hotel's list of unwanted guests;
  • In other cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

In disputable cases, the hotel administration resolves the issue.

Rules for living with animals:

  • Animals that are allowed to stay at the hotel include cats and dogs of non-fighting breeds weighing up to 10 kg. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accommodate a Guest with an animal;
  • pets are allowed in the Hotel in the amount of no more than two in one room. The cost of accommodation for each animal is 100-200 UAH (depending on the size of the animal) for each day of stay.

Guests staying at the Hotel are NOT allowed:

  • Bring and store in the rooms substances, materials and objects that are dangerous to the life and health of citizens and the safety of property;
  • show aggression or actions that threaten the safety of health or property of other persons; leave unauthorized persons in the room (persons who have not filled out and signed the guest registration card), as well as give them the room keys;
  • take out dishes, tableware, food and drinks from the restaurant without prior agreement with the restaurant administration;
  • use electric heating appliances that are not included in the room;
  • use the hotel and room equipment for other purposes;
  • disturb the peace of the guests after 22:00 in the evening and before 8:00 in the morning;
  • bring and store firearms, gas, pneumatic and other types of weapons on the territory of the hotel.
  • Cause damage to the hotel property.

SMOKING BAN

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Restriction of Smoking Places for Tobacco Products" of 24.05.2012 No. 4844-VI, it is prohibited to smoke tobacco products, as well as electronic cigarettes and hookahs in hotel premises and restaurant facilities (rooms, corridors, lobby, restaurant). Violations are subject to a fine of UAH 500! If a violation is detected, the administration has the right to evict the guest without a refund.

IN CASE OF VIOLATION OF THE HOTEL'S RULES OF RESIDENCE, THE ADMINISTRATION HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE GUEST FURTHER ACCOMMODATION WITHOUT REFUND.

From February 14, 2019, a decision of the local council established a tourist tax rate of 0.4% for residents (domestic tourism) and 1% for non-residents (inbound tourism) of the minimum wage established by law as of January 1 of the reporting year for one person for each day of temporary accommodation of a person at the hotel.
Children under 5 years old are accommodated free of charge in the same room with their parents without extra bed.

If you need to receive an invoice with VAT, company representatives must contact the Alliance booking office to gain access to this hotel. The invoice for services indicates 20% VAT.
Optima Club, Priority Guest and Corporate Guest corporate cards are not valid at this hotel.
