The Hotel is located in the historic center of Lviv, on one of the city's oldest streets (Gorodotska St.), near the central railway station. Nearby are the magnificent Roman Catholic Church of St. Elisabeth and St. George's Cathedral, the main sacred place for Greek Catholics in Ukraine.

The hotel offers 52 modern rooms of various types: “Classic Single”, “Classic”, “Suite”, “Junior Suite”, “Standard”, “Superior”, as well as a restaurant serving Georgia dishes, a lobby bar, hairdressing services, and an outdoor terrace in the inner courtyard, as well as a sauna with a small pool (now it doesn't work, we use it like a bomb shelter). In addition, the hotel features two modern conference rooms for 90 and 130 people. Car parking is available. Parking is located 700 meters from the hotel at 11A Chernivetska Street. The cost is 35 UAH per day. The funds paid are compensated upon presentation of a parking receipt at the hotel reception.
The hotel provides a place for staff and guests to stay during an alarm.
