The rules of reservation and stay hotel Alliance Resorts DiAnna Skhidnytsia

• Visitors must take care of the property of the DiAnna Health Resort, use the equipment for its intended purpose, and comply with fire safety requirements. In case of detection of property damage, technical malfunctions, emergencies (flooding, fire, glass breakage, etc.), it is necessary to immediately inform the administrator.
• Check-in begins at 14:00 local time.
• Check-out from the hotel is carried out according to the general rule — 12 noon local time.
• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and other areas of the DiAnna Health Resort and Spa.
• From 11 pm to 8 am, it is necessary to maintain silence inside the hotel and on the territory. It is forbidden to turn on audio systems and TV sets at high volume in the rooms at this time.
• It is strictly forbidden for visitors who do not reside in the rooms of the DiAnna Health Resort to stay in the rooms. Otherwise, the Administration of the complex reserves the right to issue an invoice to the visitor for the payment of an additional place.
• If the guest wishes not to be disturbed, he/she can hang a sign on the door handle outside with the inscription "Do not disturb!", which is included in the room equipment. The visitor can hang the sign "Please clean up!" if he/she believes that the room needs to be cleaned.
• The presence of any animals without the consent of the hotel administration is prohibited.
• Guests must comply with cleanliness and fire safety rules.
• Bringing and storing firearms, cold steel, pneumatic weapons, explosives, as well as items that are dangerous to the life and health of citizens and the safety of their property in the hotel rooms is prohibited.
• Guests are prohibited from leaving unauthorised persons in the hotel rooms during their absence, as well as from handing over the room key to them.

• All electrical appliances (except for the refrigerator) and lighting must be switched off when leaving the room.
• It is forbidden to use tees and extension cords, powerful electrical appliances, including heating appliances, in the rooms, unless these appliances are included in the standard equipment of the room.
• Electricity consumption for the DiAnna Health and Wellness Complex is limited. Unreasonable use of electricity may result in a power outage.
• The territory of the complex, internal stairs and corridors are monitored by video cameras. Video surveillance is carried out for the safety of guests, their property, and the hotel's property.
• The hotel provides basic services included in the price of accommodation and additional services provided for a fee according to the price list.
• The basic services include: provision of a room for accommodation, room cleaning, ambulance call, first aid, wake-up call at a certain time.
• Routine cleaning (dusting, garbage disposal, washing glasses and cups, cleaning bathrooms, making bed) is carried out daily.
• Bed linen is changed at least once every three days. At the request of visitors, an extraordinary towel change can be made for a fee.
• The list of additional services is determined by the Hotel according to the additional list.
• The medical centre, restaurants, bars, billiards, children's room operate according to the schedule, rules, and current price list.
• Self-cooking in the room with the use of additional equipment is prohibited.
• The Hotel offers the following discounts on accommodation:
• a system of discounts for corporate and regular customers, which is determined separately by the hotel administration.
• Guests shall terminate their stay at the hotel upon expiry of the agreement between the visitor and the hotel on the provision of services.
• In case of damage to the health resort caused by the fault or negligence of the guests and/or their visitors, the Guest is obliged to reimburse the Hotel for such damage, including expenses related to the room downtime during repairs, replacement of furniture and other cases (for example, in case of water flooding).

In case of violation of the rules of residence established in the DiAnna Medical and Health Complex, the administration may refuse the guest further accommodation.
