The health package – Health Tour – is presented in three areas:

1. Easy Movement is a complex of services for improving musculoskeletal system diseases (arthrosis, osteochondrosis, gout, consequences of bone fractures, Bekhterev’s disease).

It consists of the following procedures:

• Ozokerite-paraffin applications/mud applications – 5 pcs.
• Spa capsule – 3 pcs.
• Mineral baths: turpentine/bisphosphate-pearl/pearl-sea – 5 pcs.
• Physiotherapy equipment – 14 pcs.
• Classic massage 30 min. – 1 pc. as a gift
• Forte hot – magnesium gel for muscle and joint health – 1 pc. as a gift

2. Healthy Sleep – a program for improving neurotic disorders (neurosis, neurasthenia) and impaired sleep quality.

It consists of the following procedures:

• Conifer-bisphosphate bath – 5 pcs.
• Relax massage 30 min. – 3 pcs.
• Mud applications – 5 pcs.
• Darsonval/electroson – 5 pcs.
• Sedamag – magnesium herbal supplement to improve the quality of sleep – 1 pc. as a gift

3. Lymph drainage effect – a program to restore lymph flow and venous outflow.

It consists of the following services:

• Pressotherapy – 3 pcs.
• Lymphatic drainage mineral wrapping – 3 pcs.
• Lymphatic drainage massage 30 min. – 3 pcs.
• Hydromassage – 2 pcs.
• Magnetotherapy – 6 pcs.
• Detox bath with Epsom salt – 3 pcs.

To take part in these promotional programs, the minimum stay in our complex is 6 nights/7 days. Consultation and support of a sanatorium-resort specialist are free of charge.
